    Most builders take weeks to come back with a number. We use ProCalc to give you realistic budget guidance the day after we visit, so you can make a decision before anyone spends real money.

    We take on the engineering, soil tests, energy reports, certification and approvals end to end, so you're not stitching consultants together or chasing paperwork before the build even starts.

    Hands on, builder led

    Marty runs the build from quote to handover. You get the same person who walked your block coordinating the trades, the program and the quality, not a salesperson who hands you off to a project manager you've never met.

    Design with the builder and draftsman

    Our in-house draftsman works alongside Marty from the early stages, so your plans are shaped by people who understand how the design will be built. Layout, functionality and budget are considered together from day one, not drawn up by a separate designer who will never set foot on site.

    Communication that doesn't slip

    Katie runs the back end, confirmations, weekly updates, reminders, follow ups. Once the contract's signed, you also get access to our client portal to track your job, view invoices and review variations as they happen. Nothing gets dropped, nothing gets forgotten.

Honest answers, before the call.

  • Within 24 hours of our first on site consultation. We use a tool called ProCalc to give you realistic budget guidance, not a sales pitch, not a guess. From there you can decide whether to proceed to a paid detailed quote.

  • Marty Leonard. He's the director and lead builder, and he's hands on across the project, regularly on site, coordinating the trades and the program from quote through handover. Katie Leonard runs operations and client comms, so you always have one of us to talk to.

  • Once the scope and quote are signed, the price you see is the price you pay. The only way it moves is if you change the scope, or if we genuinely uncover something hidden, and nothing changes without your written sign off.

  • Almost entirely. Our core service area is Tallebudgera, Burleigh, Palm Beach, Elanora, Robina, Mudgeeraba and the surrounding catchments. We occasionally extend into northern New South Wales for the right project.

  • Yes. About half of our jobs come with concept drawings already done. We're builder led but design aware, we'll work with your designer or, if you'd rather, recommend someone we trust on the Coast.
